IMPORTANT- all ingredients must be at room temp.
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 T. flour
1 T. white corn meal
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 T. lemon zest
9" pie crust

Preheat oven to 350
Whisk all ingredients togeter in order one at a time, mix well after each is added. Pour into an UNBAKED 9" pie crust. Bake 40 min. or until appears set. Cool and serve with whipped cream.
