60 caramels, unwrapped
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. butterscotch pieces
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 package German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour 9 x 13 pan.
In heavy saucepan over low heat, melt caramels with 1/2 c evaporated milk. Meanwile, in large bowl combine cake mix, butter 1/3 c evaporated milk and nuts. Press half of this dough into bottom of pan. Bake at 350º for 8 minutes.

Sprinkle butterscotch and chocolate pieces evenly over baked crust. Spread melted caramels over pieces. Crumble remaining dough over caramels.

Bake 18-20 minutes or until caramels set

Allow to cool and cut as desired. Do not pre-cut and do not refrigerate.
