1 1/2 lbs. Salmon
3 cloves garlic
3 T. soy sauce
1/3 c. honey
2 T. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
combine all ingredients and marinate salmon 15 minutes then grill, baste 1-2 times.

or

Combine ingredients in saucepan and simmer on stove for 10-15 minutes at low temp.
Bake or broil fish and pour sauce over fish when done.
