PINEAPPLE PUNCH:
2 c unsweetened pineapple juice
1 T lemon juice
1 T lime juice
1 bottle (12 ounces) club soda
Combine juices in small pitcher. Stir to mix. Chill. Just before serving, add club soda. Pour over ice in 3 tall glasses. Garnish with lemon or lime slice and pineapple chunks.
PURPLE COW:
2/3 c grape juice
1/2 c vanilla ice cream
1 container vanilla yogurt
Blend all ingredients in an electric blender until smooth. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Serve immediately. Garnish with grapes.
TROPICAL JOY:
1 c unsweetened pineapple juice
1 c orange juice
1/2 c water
3 T lime juice
Combine all ingredients in small pitcher. Stir to mix. Chill until ready to serve. Pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with orange or lime slice.
APRICOT-APPLE QUENCHER:
1 can (as ounces) apricot nectar
1 c water
1/2 c apple juice
Combine all ingredients in small pitcher. Stir to mix. Chill until ready to serve. Pour into 3 tall ice-filled glasses. Garnish with apple wedges.
CRANBERRY-ORANGE COOLER:
1 c cranberry juice cocktail
1 c orange juice
1 c water
Combine all ingredients in a small pitcher. Stir to mix. Chill until ready to serve. Pour into 3 tall ice-filled glasses. Garnish with orange slice.
SUMMERTIME GRAPE COOLER:
1 c red grape juice
1 c orange juice
1 1/2 c water
Combine all ingredients in small pitcher. Stir to mix. Chill until ready to serve. Pour into 3 tall ice-villed glasses. Garnish with grapes.
