1 loaf thin sliced French bread or wheat bread
1 lb Swiss cheese, sliced
1 cup +2 tbls butter
1 can mushrooms thinly sliced
2 tbsp poppy seed
1 tbsp seasoned salt
3 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms in butter, add other ingredients except bread and cheese. Heat. Place slice of cheese on slice of bread, top with mushrooms. Cut in fourths, it's large. Bake at 350º 15-18 minutes. Nice and tasty for a snack.
