1 can frozen Raspberry Juice concentrate
1 juice can of water
1/3 c. Tapioca Granules
2 - 3 c. Raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Bring juice, water and tapioca to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook, stirring constantly with a whisk until tapioca is clear and sauce has thickened. Remove from heat and stir in the raspberries.

We like this sauce on pancakes and waffles. Chilled, it is good on ice cream!
