3 Cucumbers
1/2 to 2/3 C Sugar
1/2 to 2/3 C Vinegar
Parsley
1 T salt

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers
Sprinkle salt on peeled and sliced cucs and let drain flat on paper towels.
Cook and cool the sugar and vinegar mixture.
Add cucs to the mixture, sprinkle fresh parsley on top, cover, refigerate overnight
