10-20 Jalapenos
1 lb mild sausage
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 lb of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Slice jalapenos in half and clean, taking all the seeds out. Cook sausage and chop into small pieces. Drain sausage and mix with the cream cheese. Spoon mixture into the sliced jalapenos.

Cut the package of bacon in half. Wrap 1/2 slice of bacon around each stuff jalapeno. Bake at 375º for about 15-20 minutes or until bacon is cooked.

Can be frozen. If you choose to freeze.
spray a cookie sheet with Pam and place uncooked stuffed Jalapenos on the cookie sheet and place in freezer until frozen. After they are frozen place in a Ziplock baggie. Cook when desired.
