CHICKEN:
½ c. - flour
2 T. - butter OR margarine
1 tsp. - paprika
1 can - cream of mushroom soup
2 lbs. - chicken pieces
1 can - chicken broth

DUMPLINGS:
1½ c. - flour
1/3 c. - milk
2½ tsp. - baking powder
2 - eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. - salt

Directions:
CHICKEN: Place flour and paprika in paper bag. Add 2 or 3 pieces of chicken at a time and shake well. Brown chicken in butter; blend in soup and broth, cover and simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.

DUMPLINGS: Sift dry ingredients and add milk and egg mix until flour is moistened but not smooth. Drop dumplings into simmering sauce and chicken. Cover and cook 15 minutes longer. Do not lift lid during cooking time. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
