2 packages stuffing cubes
5 slices wheat bread, cubed
1/2 cup milk (poured over cubes)
2 sticks butter melted in
1 cup chicken broth and
1/2 cup sherry
2 onions, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 (4 oz) cans sliced mushrooms
2 pounds cooked sausage, crumbled
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1 to 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
3 dashes tobasco sauce
1/2 tsp sage
1/2 tsp thyme
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage until crumbly, drain. Chop all ingredients and saute onion and celery until tender. Add mushrooms and seasoning and stir. In the bowl of bread cubes, pour the sauted vegetables, the melted butter mixture, and all other ingredients together and mix well. Stuff or bake in a casserole at 350º for 45 minutes or until crispy on top.
