Personal Notes:
I have a KitchenAid mixer - and I just put all the ingredients in according to the instructions and mix away for a good 3 minutes - this incorporates lots of air into the icing and makes it very airy, smooth and so easy to ice the cake. Not to mention the fact that it tastes good too. Problem is I LOVE to lick the bowl afterwards, plus the beaters, plus the cake icer, plus the rubber scraper. Oops!!! (This could explain a lot!)
