Notes: This is my family's favorite marinade for barbequed flank steak. I remember a time when I had the flank steak marinading in the fridge and we had a last minute invite to go out to dinner. We did. Next day we had flank steak for dinner. It had been marinading for over 24 hours. I found it delicious. My husband prefers that it marinade for no more than 5 hours. He felt that it overpowered the meat, but I liked it. Whatever. It's all relative, isn't it??
