8 cans Stewed Tomatos (normal sized cans)
1 lb. ground turkey
2 cans Navy Beans
1 small onion
2 tbsp. diced garlic
1 can diced tomatos (normal sized cans)
4 tbsp. Dinosaur BBQ Cajun Rub
2 tsp. salt
1 fresh jalepeno (if desired)

Directions:

Blend Stewed Tomatos in blender until thick stew consistency is reached (typically 5-7 seconds per can). Place in large stock pot on low heat.

In separate pan, brown the ground turkey.

Dice onion and chop jalepeno (if desired). Combine into stock pot with tomato sauce.

Add salt, Cajun Rub, garlic, beans, and diced tomatos into stock pot, stiring frequently.

Once turkey is browned, add into stock pot, stiring frequently.

Simmer on low heat for 1-2 hours, or until desired temperature is reached.

Add additional salt and cajun rub to taste.
