12 green peppers
12 red peppers
3 large onions
1 pint vinegar
2 c sugar
3 T salt
allspice and cloves to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Grind peppers and onions and mix. Pour boiling water over mixture and let stand 10 minutes. Drain and again pour boiling water over mixture and let stand 10 minutes. Drain.

Add 1 pint vinegar, 2 c sugar, 3 T salt, allspice and cloves to taste. Cook 10 minutes. Cool and pack in jars.
