1 cup light corn syrup
2 cups sugar
2/3 c peanuts
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 3 ingredients in 3 qt. glass casserole. Microwave on high for 12 minutes, turning casserole once. Stir in butter and vanilla, microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir in soda. Pour onto marble slab or large baking sheet. Cool, break into pieces, store in air tight container. Yield: 1 1/2 lbs. Prep: 20 min.
