1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup milk
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze out all liquid from the spinach and set aside. Saute onion and mushrooms until onions are tender. Remove from heat and combine all ingedients together. Stir well. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate sprayed with non stick spray and bake at 350º for 30 to 40 minutes.
