1 large bunch collards, cut and washed, 3 c. chicken broth, 2 chopped medium onions, 3 crushed whole cloved garlic, 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, 1 tsp. black pepper

Mix greens in a large pot together with remaining ingredients. Cook until tender.

I don't personally eat these but I know alot of people do. My suggestion is to burn alot of candles or have a lot of air freshener on hand! My grandmother always said that if they don't stink up the house, they are no good!
