1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. olive oil
2 T. coarse-grain mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. snipped fresh rosemary
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs)
8 whole wheat buns

Directions:

Combine honey, oil, mustard, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl.

Place chicken in a large, re-sealable plastic bag set in a large bowl. Pour honey mixture over chicken. Seal bag; turn to coat chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 or up to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.

Drain chicken, reserving marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals for 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once and brushing once with reserved marinade.

Serve on buns with lettuce and tomato slices.
