Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup light corn syurp 1/2 cup water 2 cups marshmallow creme 1 tsp. vanilla 1/3 cup veg. oil 1/4 cup chopped nuts or candied fruit 1 cup powdered sugar 2 lb. chopped pecans

Directions:combine powdered sugar corn syurp and water, in heavy sauce pan; coverand cook until steam exscapesfrom under lid. Remove lidinsert candy thermometer . cook to 256 degreeswith out stirring; Remove from heat; add masshmellow creme with out stirring. let stand 10 minutes.beat until mixture breaks short; add vanilla while stirring add shortening nuts or fruit Sprinkle owdered sugar on slab; pour mixture into sugar and roll intorolls dip rolls into caramel then roll chopped nuts to completely cover. |
