2 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 sour cream
1/4 cup frozen non dairy coffee creamer( thawed)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup caorsely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, sour cream,creamer , salt,in a heavy sauce pan; stir until sugar is moistened; Immediately pour onto marble slab or cool surface, cool slightly. Work candy with fondant paddle or large wooden
spoon. mix in vanilla. When fudge begins to lose its gloss quick add cherries and nuts; spread into buttered 8 inch square pan. cut while still warm wrap individual pieces with plastic wrap.
