2 handfuls fresh basil, chopped
1 handful fresh oregano, chopped
1 can cannellini beans, rinsed
1 small red onion, chopped
1 fresh tomato, chopped
1 fresh green pepper chopped

Fresh garlic, chopped
Olive oil - extra virgin
Balsamic vinegar
1 dash of lemon juice
Fresh ground black pepper
Fresh grated pecorino cheese (optional)

Mix together the salad ingredients. Adjust quantities to taste. Prepare dressing and pour over salad. Toss.
