4 c flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 3/4 c vegetable shortening
1/2 c water
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 large egg

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, sugar and salt with a fork. Cut in shortening
with a fork until crumbly.

In a separate bowl beat egg, water and vinegar. Add
to flour mixture. Stir til all moistened. Divide into
4 equal portions and form into patties. Wrap in
plastic and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour before
rolling out. Freezes very well.
