4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. mayo
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 slices deli style sliced swiss cheese, cut in half
4 slices of ham
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp fancy parmesan shredded cheese
4 tbsp melted margarine or olive oil

Place each chicken breast between two pieces of wax paper. Pound to a 1/4 inch thickness. Spread mustard, mayo down center of each chicken breast; sprinkle with thyme. Top each chicken breast with a half slices of swiss cheese and a slice of ham. Roll up the chicken breast tucking in the ham and cheese to seal. Secure with skewers or toothpicks. Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Brush the chicken with melted margarine or oil and roll in crumb mixture. Place in an 8-by-8 inch baking pan. Bake in a preheated 400ºF oven for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 350ºF and bake for 20 minutes more or until chicken is cooked through. Don't forget to remove toothpicks before serving.
