2 pounds lean ground beef
2-1/2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 3 oz. cream cheese
1/3 cup minced fresh chives
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
8 French rolls or hamburger buns

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, chives, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, garlic salt, and salt.
2. Preheat grill for high heat. Form the burger mixture into 12 patties.
3. Mix the cream cheese, blue cheese and mustard until smooth. Refrigerate.
4. Grill patties about 4 inches from coals or heating element, turning once.
5. When putting the hamburger sandwich together, spread each burger with some of the blue cheese mixture. Then top with tomato, lettuce, pickles, and whatever fixings are your hamburger sandwich favorites.
