1 cut up chicken
1 sliced onion
3 T. chunk apricot preserves, heaping
1 T mayonnaise
1 T. catsup
1 T. lemon juice
1 packet onion soup mix
Salt and garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of baking dish with onion, which keeps chicken from sticking or burning. Arrange chicken on onions. Dust lightly with salt and garlic. Make sauce by beating preserves, mayonnaise, catsup, and lemon juice. When fully blended, add onion soup mix, stir well and spoon over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until browned. When using skinned chicken, cover with foil for first 1/2 hour, then finish uncovered.
