1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t paprika
lemon pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
2 pounds of Chilean Sea Bass
3 T butter
2 L cloves garlic, chopped
1 T chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 T extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

Pre heat and outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil aluminum fold. In a medium bowl, blend garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, lemon pepper and sea salt. Place sea bass in the bowl and rub coat with seasonings.
In a small sauce pan over medium heat, mix the butter, garlic and parsley.Remove from heat when butter has melted and set aside.
Place sea bass on foil and place on grill. Cook approximately 7 minutes. Flip and drizzle with butter mixture. Continue cooking for about 7 minutes or until easily flaked with a fork. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
