1 large avocado, cubed 3 c. chicken broth 1 green onion chopped 1 c. whipping cream 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Shredded cheese Dill seeds
Combine avocado, onion, and broth in blender and process until smooth. Add cream, salt and pepper; stir well. Chill 1 hour. Pour into large sauce pan and heat thoroughly. Serve warm. Garnish with shredded cheese and dill seeds.
