2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 tsp. salt
¾ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
¾ tsp. dry mustard
¾ tsp. basil
¾ tsp. oregano
¾ tsp. sugar
¾ tsp. pepper
¼ cup red-wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:

In blender blend olive oil, onion, parmesan cheese, salt, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, basil, oregano, sugar and pepper for 30 seconds.
Add ¼ cup red-wine vinegar and lemon juice and blend for 30 seconds, or until it is well combined.
