Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
5 quarts of apples; peel - core - cut into little pieces
4 cups sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into crock pot and cook all day (or overnight).
Stir occasionally, Let cool and put in jars.
No water is needed.
