Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkg. bowtie pasta
1 can alfredo sauce
1 can roasted red bell peppers
3-4 chicken breasts
salt to taste
1/2 Vidalia onion
green bell peppers (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Puree the roasted red bell peppers (a Cuisinart does this job
well). In a medium bowl, combine the alfredo sauce and the
pureed peppers. (Optional: add a little BBQ sauce in the
mix…I prefer Cactus Grill BBQ myself!) Prepare bowtie pasta
as directed on package. Grill the chicken breasts (I marinate
the chicken in…you guessed it: Cactus Grill BBQ sauce!) at
350° for 20 minutes on either side. Once all is prepared, cut
the chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss all the ingredients
together.

I have found that putting the pasta in a crock pot and adding
the sauce along with the grilled chicken works well.

Some people don’t like onions so much. If you do, try dicing
some onion and adding it to the mix. That goes for the green
peppers, too.
