1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 green pepper diced
1 can whole kernal corn (12oz.)
1can kidney beans (151/2oz(.
1 can tomato wedges(16oz.)
2 tsp. chili powder
3/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Melt shortening in a heavy skillet. Cook beef green pepper,and onionuntil beef is brown and onion and pepper are tender.Drain corn, beans and tomatoes; add this liquid to meat and simmer; add remaining ingredients chili powder salt and pepper simmer about 10 minutes stirring accasionally.
