1 pound blue crab claw meat
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1 clove minced garlic
2 cups crushed rich cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash cyenne pepper
1 beaten egg
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup melted margarine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Place crab meat in large mixing bowl. pick through to remove any remaining shell and cartlage. Stir in vegetables and dry ingredients. Add remaining 4 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place mixture into shells or casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown on top and hot throughout.
