2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. flour
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl, and milk and melted butter. Mix dry ingredients into the liquid mixture.
Pour about 1/4 c. batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle. Cook pancakes until tops are covered with bubbles. Turn and cook other side.
Can add blueberries or shredded/chopped apples to batter.
