4 medium potatoes
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in cool water for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 425º. Spray baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray. Drain potatoes in colander. Pat potatoes dry. Cut into wedges. Sprinkle with oil, salt, and pepper. Put in a single layer in pan. Bake for 20 min. then sprinkle with garlic and turn over. Bake for 10 more minutes. Serve ASAP.
