3/4 c shortening
1 c sugar
1 3 oz pkg flavored gelatin
2 eggs
3 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, sugar, and gelatin in bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients and mix well. Roll 1/4 inch thick on floured surface. Cut with 3" cookie cutter. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 6 min. or until brown. Cool on wire rack. Yield: 3 doz.
