3 lbs. roast
1 c catsup
1 T salt
2 T Worcestershire
1/4 c vinegar
1 T butter
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3 slices lemon
1 onion sliced thin
1/2 tsp. allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Sear roast in pan. Mix all ingredients in sauce pan, bring mixture to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Cover venison with the sauce and roast in 350 degree oven 1 1/2 to 2 hours turning occasionally

The barbecue sauce helps take the gamey taste away as well as tenderize the roast. It's good.
