1 (6 oz) package raspberry jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
2 (10 oz) packages frozen, sweetened raspberries; thawed and drained
2 (8 oz) cans crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in raspberries and pineapple. Pour 1/2 of jello mixture into an 8 cup jello ring sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until firm. Let remaining jello stand at room temperature.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and spread over jello in mold. Top with remaining jello mixture and refrigerate 6 hours or until firm.
