1 C RAISINS
1 C CANNED,DRAINED PINEAPPLE
1 C MAYO
1/2 C POWDERED SUGAR

Directions:
SHRED THE CARROTS, USING LARGE HOLES OF GRATER. COMBINE CARROTS,RAISINS, PINEAPPLE. MIX MAYO AND POWDERED SUGAR UNTIL WELL BLENDED.POUR OVER CARROT MIXTURE AND TOSS LIGHTLY TO COAT EVENLY. COVER AND REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS
