2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing Mix, follow directions
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
add chicken or turkey meat if desired
1 cup broth from chicken or turkey
add liquid as needed and anything else you desire

Directions:
Prepare Stove Top Stuffing as directed; set aside. In a large bowl mix all other ingredients except broth and other liquids. Add other ingredients to your liking and mix together. Add the Stove Top Stuffing to mixture; mix well. In a large pan pour in stuffing mix, spread it out to cover pan evenly. Pour enough broth and or liquids to saturate mixture. Bake at 350 until desired firmness, usually 30-40 minutes.
