1 pkg rasberry gelatin; 6oz
1 c boiling water
1 can cranberry sauce; 16oz
1 can pineapple undrained: 15 1/4 oz
3/4 c port wine (optional)
1 8oz soft cream cheese
1/4 c sugar
1 8oz sour cream
1 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cranberry sauce. Stir with wire whip until smooth; add port wine and pineapple. Spoon into a 12x8x2 dish. combine cream cheese and sugar; whip until smooth, stir in sour cream and all ot the pecans except 2 tbsp. Spread over cranberries; garnish with the 2 tbsp pecans. Chill well.
