2 lbs. lean ground beef, cooked & drained
2-4 russet potatoes, cubed
2-3 carrots, sliced
1 onion, sliced
6 tbsp. butter
6 pieces heavy duty aluminum foil
salt & pepper, seasoned to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger seasoned with salt and pepper. Place 6 aluminum foils and put about one cup of hamburger on each foil top with potatoes, then carrots, then sliced onions and on top put about 1 tbsp. butter each. You can put how much potatoes, carrots and onions you like. I usally put it together evenly on each one. Fold tightly on top and both ends. Bake 325º for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with cornbread.

The oven temperature is actually at 350 degrees it makes the hamburger too crispy at the bottom. I tried the 325 degree and it turn out somewhat much better and very delicious. My friends tell me they love it with hot sauce or worcestershire sauce.
