1/2 c. champagne or sparkling wine
2 oz. creme de cassis
1 tsp. orange zest
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 - 12 oz. bag fresh cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan, bring champagne, creme de cassis, orange zest, sugar and salt to a boil over high heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in cranberries, reduce heat to medium and stir until mixture reaches the consistency of a sauce, this takes about 5 minutes. Cool and serve.
