12 to 15 pounds live crawfish
1 package (3 ounce) crab and shrimp boil mix
1 cup salt
2 tablespoons cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a 10 gallon stew pot, bring water, brab boil, salt and pepper to a boil. Add crawfish and boil for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let crawfish soak for 10 minutes. This allows meat to absorb flavors, so do not shorten soaking time. Drain and serve immediately.
