1 pkg fresh spinach (1lb)
2/3 c bibb lettuce
1 9 oz can sliced water chestnuts, drained
3/4 c cooked and crumbled bacon
1/2 c oil
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c chili sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp worstershire sauce
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 hard boiled egg, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Toss together the spinach, lettuce, water chestnuts and bacon. In a medium bowl combine oil, sugar, chili sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, onion, mustard, salt and cayenne pepper. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad. Sprinkle with grated egg. Serves 8
