Romaine lettuce
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste
pinch thyme or oregano
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp german mustard
1/2 tbsp steak sauce
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 egg
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp wine vinegar
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c crustless french bread cubes
1 oz anchovies

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse and dry lettuce leaves and arrange in a salad bowl. Remove any coarse ribs from the lettuce. Combine the garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, lemon juice, mustard, steak sauce, worcestershire sauce, egg, olive oil and vinegar; stir well. Pour over the lettuce and toss. Top with parmesan cheese, croutons and anchovies. Serves: 4-6
