1 c shortening
1 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 c light molasses
1 tsp. cider vinegar
1 c sour cream
3 c flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Add egg and molasses. Add vinegar and cream. Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture. Drop on cookie sheet

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
