1 c all bran cereal
1 c shredded wheat crumbled
½ c shortening
1 ½ c sugar
2 eggs
2 c buttermilk
1 c quick oatmeal uncooked
2 ½ c flour
2 ½ tsp baking soda
1 ½ tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 c boiling water over cereal and cool to luke warm. DO NOT STIR.Cream together shortening and sugar, add eggs. Add cereal mixture, and dry ingredients, BE SURE NOT TO OVER STIR, just blend together. Keeps in refrigerate for 2 months, no need to stir again, just dip in and put in muffin pans and bake 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
