2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. crisco
4 tbsp. water more if needed

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bowl and then add salt. Stir well, then need in crisco. Add water a little at a time, Just at enought water to stick together. Make dough into 2 balls. This makes 2 pie crust. Roll dough and put into pie pans. Make sure you poke alot of hole into shells to stop srinkage. Bake at 400 " for 20 minutes.

I have learned the more holes you poke around the pie shell, including bottom, sides, and top edge, the more it will stop from srinking.
