1 1/2 c. fine graham cracker crumbs
4 tsp. melted butter
2 tsp. sugar
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
2 - 1/2 pts. sour cream (2 cups)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
5 stiffly beaten egg whites

Blend together graham crackers, butter, sugar. Press into bottom of spring form pan.

Stir cheese to soften. Add sugar, then cream well. Add unbeaten egg yolks. Stir in sour cream, vanilla & lemon juice.

Pour mixture in crust lined pan. Bake in slow oven 300 for 1 hour.

Turn off oven and let cake remain in oven for 1 hr. with door closed.

Then cook 1/2 hr. with door open. Refrigerate overnight.
