1 tomato
1 tomato bouillon
1 c white rice
1 can corn
2 c of water

Directions:
Directions:
Blend tomato, bouillon, and water in blender. Brown rice in a heated, heavy pan. Add the blended mixture to the pan. Bring to a boil. Turn heat to low, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the corn and simmer for 15 more minutes. Prep: 30 minutes
